Ordering & Payment

  • Q: How do I place an order?

    • A: Simply browse our products, select your desired size and color, and click "Add to Cart." Once you've added all the items you want, proceed to checkout where you'll enter your shipping and payment information.

  • Q: What payment methods do you accept?

    • A: We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal.

  • Q: Is my payment information secure?

    • A: Yes, we use secure encryption technology to protect your payment information. Your data is handled with the utmost confidentiality.

  • Q: Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?

    • A: We strive to process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately at [your email address] or [phone number]. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been shipped or made, we are unable to make changes.

  • Q: How do I use a discount code?

    • A: Enter your discount code at the checkout page in the designated field. Make sure to apply the code before completing your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Q: Where are you shipping from?

    • Currently we are shipping from Japan. All t-shirts are designed and printed by Martin Nieto. Currently I’m living in Osaka Japan but Usually I’ll go back to  the US during summer time and make and ship orders from my studio in the US.

  • Q: How much is shipping?

    • A: Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your order.  

  • Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

    • A: Delivery times depend on your location and how long it takes us to ship your order and the chosen shipping method. Estimated transit times are provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates for transit time, and actual delivery times may vary. Since our t-shirts are made to order please allow us 3-7 business days or more to ship your order.

  • Q: Do you ship internationally?

    • A: [Yes] We Ship worldwide check shipping cost at checkout.

    •  International shipping  usually starts at $9 when shipping from Japan and from Japan to US starts at $5-$9 

    • When shipping international from the US usually starts at $18

  • Q: How can I track my order?

    • A: Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number if shipping with the tracking option was selected . You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website Japan Post ( if shipped from Japan ) or USPS ( if shipped from the US ) . Usually You can also use this number in your country's postal service to track your order once it arrives in your country .    

About Size and Fit 

  • Q: Do you have a size chart?
    A: Yes, Please check the size page for measurements. 

  •  Q: Can I exchange it if the size doesn't fit?
     A: We accept exchanges within 7 days of arrival of unused products only. Please refer to the "Return and Exchange Policy" for details.
