We design and print our own tshirts. Nowadays most brands use decals or digital printers DTG direct-to-garment dropshippers. Convenient to print detailed full color designs but quality still subpar with old methods. That's why we use the handcraft traditional technique of silkscreening to hand print our designs. We use eco water based inks that are difficult to print but the end result is a high quality print with a soft feel as ink dyes the fabric. Most mass produced screenprinted tshirts are mostly printed with plastisol inks as they are easier to work with high volumes as the chemical ink takes awhile to dry on the screens but the result of those inks leaves a heavy thick layer of ink on top of fabric with a high rubbery feel and cracking overtime unlike water based inks the ink becomes part of fabric and its breathable most likely outlast the life of the t-shirt itself. .
